Project: Thematic publication by the Legal Issues Group - "Rule of law in countries of Former Yugoslavia and Albania - Between Theory and Practice"
Implementation Period: August 2005 – April 2006

Target Groups: Governments, Parliaments, local authorities, judiciary, international organizations and the wider public.
Description of the Project:
Produce a thematic publication on the legal framework and implementation of laws in the countries of former Yugoslavia and Albania, with recommendations by the Legal Issues Group organizations based on analysis and practical challenges encountered during work with refugees, IDPs and other people affected by forced migrations, as well as victims of other human rights abuses, with the view of strengthening overall efforts in advocating for positive changes in the region.

Description of the Project:
ADI is the leading partner in LIG - Legal Issues Group, the implementing partner in the Psycho - Social project on the Report for Social Issues and Property Issues in Macedonia and Kosova. Legal experts working with the partner NGOs of the project in Macedonia and Kosova prepared analysis for refugees, internally displaced persons and stateless people, and produced the following books: "Social integration of refugees and stateless people in Macedonia" (English, Macedonian and Albanian.
