Description of the Project:
The Legal Issues Group has designed a project of addressing general policy issues at the national and a regional level arising out of the day-to-day work with refugees and IDPs. The Comprehensive Advocacy Process aims at achieving law reform, access to justice and good governance of refugee issues at the national level as well as a regional coherence of the initiatives reached at the national level.
